You may cancel your order at any time as long as the product is still in our warehouse. Once the item has been handed over to our logistics partners and is in transit, the order cannot be stopped. In such cases, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
To ensure a transparent transaction, we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis only. You are required to provide the full payment to our delivery personnel at your doorstep. We do not require any upfront payments online.
We provide a 30-day return policy that begins on the day your item is delivered. This window allows you to ensure the item you received meets the specifications promised on our website.
